Fat Bats

When I saw these at Aldi, they reminded me of my brother David's toy from when we were little. The boys are having fun with them.

Clinton Anderson Tour 2008

We made it to our third Clinton Anderson Wahl Walkabout Tour the past weekend.
It was a fantastic time of learning how to deal with horses.
Our friends, Josh and Daniel, went with us, which made it all the more fun!

Tyler and Jacob found they could cool off more quickly if they put wet towels on their heads. They looked so...lovely that I had to take a few pictures. : )

Almost time to leave for swimming lessons!

Modest swimming lessons!

Six of our children are taking swimming lessons with some of our friends. They all wear modest swimsuits from several different sources. It's very refreshing to look in the pool and only see covered bodies. Praise the Lord for likeminded friends in this area of life!
(We are also very thankful to have instructors who cover themselves for our group.)

Rain is fun for all!

Nothing beats a downspout full of fresh rainwater! Isaac had a great time getting soaked.
