Lo, children are an heritage of the Lord: and the fruit of the womb is his reward. as arrows are in the hands of a mighty man; so are children of the youth. Happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them: they shall not be ashamed, but they shall speak with the enemies in the gate. Psalm 127: 3,4,5

Boat makers
When the boys and Rebecca found some scrap lumber in the garage, they decided to make some boats. Of course, we had to launch them in the bathtub due to the puddles in the yard being dried up at that time. They were very pleased, to say the least!

It's rare to catch Jacob for a picture, so I threw in this one of my handsome big fella. He's bigger than I am by several inches and more than several pounds and shoe sizes!

Everyone is looking great!! And it looks and sounds like Jacob has been on the "stretching machine" --you know, the kind that stretchs him out nice and tall and handsome!!
Blessings to you all today!
Love, Dad
3rd Time's the Charm??
This is my third attempt to get my Comment to show up.
I'm glad the kids have the creative minds to make toys without cost and enjoy them so much. That's a blessing.
JACOB, I can't believe that you are growing so fast. I remember when you USED to be shorter than me, but that was several years ago. I think you might pass your brother and Dad in height!
Now ... I hope THIS one shows up!
Love, Mom and Ed
