Lo, children are an heritage of the Lord: and the fruit of the womb is his reward. as arrows are in the hands of a mighty man; so are children of the youth. Happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them: they shall not be ashamed, but they shall speak with the enemies in the gate. Psalm 127: 3,4,5

Rain, rain...
don't go away, because our children love playing in the big puddles in our backyard. We are well ahead of the usual amount of rain for this year, so they've been having a lot of fun splashing and racing their dump trucks through our mini lakes. Yes, they do get messy and soaked to the bone, but it's all worth it in the end!

Not only are the little kids having a lot of fun playing in the rain, I see one "big kid" out there too. Who says you can't keep having fun in the rain just because you're got a bit more experience at it!
Keep on having fun! That's part of the blessing of life -- smiling, laughing and enjoying the rain!
Love, Dad
